We have been working with E. Tupling for several years, hosting their main site covering their full range of products and services, while also being made responsible for the design, production and hosting of a small website focused on their underfloor heating products.
Happy with our existing services, when it came time for an upgrade, they chose to continue working with Dreamscape, deciding to combine their two separate websites into one main website. Presenting E. Tupling as a credible, capable and trustworthy business, providing technical knowledge and experience alongside a dedicated and reliable customer service.
We put together a plan to develop a new, dynamic and engaging digital strategy that defined E. Tupling's service and USPs while underlining their core values to customers. It was critical that customers are confident in E. Tupling's ability to meet their needs, and that this is reflected in the website's ease of use, and online quote functionality.
From there we worked through an on-boarding meeting to iron out the specifics of each part of the website and required functionality. By using creative and technical specifications, personas, USPs, and a range of other factors, we were able to hone in on exactly what would work for E. Tupling and their customers.
From start to finish the project was completed in just over 10 weeks, including all the required quoting functionality as well as in-depth information detailing products/services and FAQs.
