Last week an amazing cake arrived in the post from our long-standing customer PINNT. The delivery was a special thank you from the PINNT team in respect to a recent project we have been working on.
PINNT is a patients’ support group for those adapting to life on home artificial nutrition. As a national charity, providing mutual support and understanding, their current site didn’t quite hit the mark.
The team met with PINNT in London to outline the key objectives and take part in an onboarding session for the project. As the deadlines were tight – 3 months from brief to build, it was important to ensure the team outlined user journeys, user experience, personas and any key pages to make sure the site went live in line with the launch of HAN Week.
Key objectives for the team:
Create a rejuvenated and refreshed digital presentation of the organisation
Offer visitors easy and instant access to key support information.
Support the organisation’s commercial goals by maximising membership subscriptions and donation
As well as a design refresh PINNT’s new website was upgraded to Kentico 10. This activated key areas of functionally for the team that will help them manage member’s details, renewals and in turn provides increased productivity and reduced admin time.
As agreed the site was launched on Thursday 3rd August, 4 days before HAN week, the team completed a diligent roll out process to ensure the switch to the new site went without a hitch. As HAN week is a key date in the PINNT calendar the team built-in functionality to launch a patient story each day and also a hide and seek competition which PINNT used to ask the members to test the site – we’re pleased to report no issues located.
“PINNT is delighted with the new website and even more pleased with our continuing partnership with Dreamscape. We have a fresh new website with the professional support we need”. Carolyn Wheatley - PINNT Chair
On behalf of the team, we would like to say a massive thank you to PINNT not only for the wonderful cake but for their continued loyalty and trust within Dreamscape.
If you haven't already, go check out the new website, and the amazing work carried out by PINNT team.
